On September 15th, we welcomed a new physician to our team: Dr. Keith Cummings. Dr. Cummings practices non-operative sports medicine, treating acute and overuse musculoskeletal injuries. He emphasizes optimal biomechanics and exercise-based treatments for musculoskeletal problems, minimal medication use, and ultrasound or flouroscopic guided procedures when necessary to help people stay healthy and active. He also has advanced training in musculoskeletal ultrasound for both diagnosis and performing procedures, orthobiologic injections such as platelet rich plasma, and fluoroscopic spine and joint procedures.

Dr. Cummings attended Saint Martin’s University for Biology, and received his doctorate from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific. He completed his medical training at the University of Utah, subspecializing in sports medicine after serving as chief resident in physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R).

We’re proud to have Dr. Cummings on our team at Proliance Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. Click below to learn more about him!
