As a Medical Assistant, you will be a critical member of the healthcare team, providing direct patient care during office visits, arranging exam room instruments, and maintaining supplies. Responsibilities include sterilizing medical instruments, positioning patients for exams, collecting lab specimens, and reporting test results in a timely manner. Must handle phone triage, post-op calls, and maintain thorough patient documentation. Additionally, you’ll assist the provider in various activities such as e-scribing, coordinating care at other facilities, and ensure equipment and supplies are well-maintained.

Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Technician

The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Technician assists with the daily responsibilities of the DME program and with Medical Assistants in patient care. You’ll work between multiple locations and transfer between clinics throughout the week, assist with the daily responsibilities of the DME program, and with Medical Assistants in patient care. This position includes placing orders for DME, casting, splinting, and medical supplies, managing inventory, reporting, and authorization tracking, and more.

Radiology Tech Supervisor

The Radiology Technologist Supervisor leads, oversees, schedules, and coordinates the day-to-day activities of an assigned team of Radiology Techs, ensuring adherence to the practice and regulatory guidelines. You’ll be responsible for the imaging procedures according to Care Center or Ambulatory Surgery Center needs. You’ll assist with the provision of patient care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed by the Leadership Team.

Imaging Aid

The Imaging Aide is responsible for supporting radiological departments within care centers, ensuring high-quality patient care by assisting technologists and medical staff, managing clinic flow, preparing patients for imaging procedures, maintaining supplies, equipment, and patient records, adhering to safety regulations, and providing exceptional service. Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, CPR/BLS certification preferred, demonstrated passion for patient care, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask. Previous clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Orthopedic Medical Scribe

The Orthopedic Medical Scribe plays a crucial role in assisting orthopedic providers with patient care by documenting vital information in electronic records, communicating test results, performing phone triage and post-op calls, coordinating care and diagnostic testing, obtaining prior authorizations, and assisting with e-prescribing and medication management. Other responsibilities include maintaining equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and supporting team duties. Ideal candidates possess 1-2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic medical terminology knowledge, familiarity with Electronic Medical Records, computer proficiency, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adherence to safety and confidentiality protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
