Frequently Asked Questions

What happens when I purchase a self-pay package?
Once you’ve selected the self-pay package you prefer, you’ll proceed to pay for it online using a credit card, much like other online transactions, through our secure portal. Following the completion of your purchase, a representative from the corresponding Care Center location will contact you to arrange your appointment.

There is no payment required at the time of your appointment, as you’ve already paid online. After your appointment with one of our providers, you’ll receive a receipt for your self-pay package purchase.

Can I combine a self-pay package with insurance?
Our self-pay packages operate independently from insurance coverage. Depending on your insurance plan, choosing a self-pay package might offer a more cost-effective option. By selecting a self-pay package, you forfeit the option to submit that visit to your insurance.

Can I purchase a self-pay package over the phone?
Self-pay packages can only be purchased online.

Can I use my HSA to purchase a self-pay package?
Although Health Savings Account (HSA) funds are applicable for a wide range of medical and dental services, they typically cannot be utilized for self-pay packages. We recommend reaching out to your HSA provider directly to clarify whether self-pay services could potentially be eligible for purchase using your individual HSA account.
