Care in Our Community

Our established Athletic Training program provides Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) to meet the needs of the recreational, scholastic, and collegiate athletes throughout Seattle’s Eastside Community.

The Proliance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Athletic Training Program provides services that include daily coverage of practice and all home events, as well as special events in the community.

Our certified athletic trainers are specially trained in the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of all types of sports-related or physically active injuries and illnesses.

How We Help

Coverage Opportunities:

COLLEGIATE: Full time on-campus trainers, or on an as-needed basis

HIGH SCHOOLS: Full time on-campus trainers, or on an as-needed basis

MIDDLE SCHOOLS: Trainers available as needed

How We Serve Patients:

Liaison between patient, physician, or physician office staff

Responsible for taking patient history, initial evaluation, and documentation

Educate patients and design home exercise protocols per the physician’s request

Prepares for and assists physician with office procedures

Responsible for fitting braces and crutches, as well as product education

Triage patient messages, phone calls, and questions

Counsel patients regarding diagnosis
