Background
Dr. Brandes grew up in Southern California, where he attended UCLA for his undergraduate degree, followed by the USC Keck School of Medicine. He stays up-to-date on current and emerging technologies and treatments for athletic and traumatic injures, acquired deformities and arthritis of the foot and ankle.
Dr. Brandes believes that patients need to be active participants in their care. By thoroughly explaining an injury or condition, patients are better able to select their best treatment options and more actively participate in their rehabilitation and recovery.
