Background

Dr. Travis Kinane is a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician with advanced fellowship training from Maine–Dartmouth. He treats patients of all ages for sports and overuse injuries, including sprains, fractures, and tendinopathy, and guides rehabilitation to help them return safely to the activities they enjoy. He provides ultrasound-guided procedures, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and care for osteoporosis and arthritis with an emphasis on joint preservation.

Earning his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University, he completed his residency at the University of Montana, and went on to fellowship training at Maine–Dartmouth. His undergraduate studies in Exercise Physiology, experience as a collegiate athlete, and early work as a medical assistant shape his patient-centered, team-based approach to care.

Dr. Kinane believes the best outcomes start with listening. He works as a partner with each patient—whether a young athlete, an active adult, or someone in their later years—to define clear, attainable goals and build a customized plan that supports safe movement, strength, and long-term joint health. His priority is helping patients feel confident getting back to activity.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys trail running in the mountains with his hound, Berry, and playing basketball.
