Medical Assistant Supervisor – $3,000 Sign On Bonus!
The Medical Assistant Supervisor oversees and supports a team of medical assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and optimal clinic operations. This role involves supervising daily clinical activities, onboarding and training new staff, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The supervisor also coordinates patient care flow, maintains supplies and documentation, and serves as a liaison between staff and leadership.

Medical Assistant (MA)
The Medical Assistant supports patient care by coordinating clinical tasks, maintaining supplies, and ensuring smooth patient flow while adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines. Key responsibilities include preparing exam rooms, assisting with procedures, obtaining vitals and patient history, and documenting all clinical interactions in the electronic health record. Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) – $5,000 sign on bonus!
As a Radiology Technologist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of radiologic procedures and the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing radiologic examinations, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring patient comfort and safety during procedures. You’ll maintain equipment, adhere to sterile techniques, and accurately document findings in the Electronic Medical Record system. Additionally, you’ll assist with patient care tasks, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with clinical leadership to support departmental goals.

Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Tech) Per Diem
The Radiology Technologist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to support patient care in Care Center or Ambulatory Surgery Center settings. This position is responsible for performing radiologic exams, operating imaging and PACS equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Working under clinical leadership, the technologist supports care delivery, documentation, and maintains equipment to uphold quality standards. This is a per diem, day-shift role with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Clinic Athletic Trainer
The Clinical Athletic Trainer role is an exceptional opportunity for a certified Athletic Trainer ready to step off the sidelines and into direct patient care. Working alongside a dynamic team of physicians, mid-level providers, physical therapists, MAs, and orthopedic technicians, our ATCs provide hands-on support to help patients—from athletes to weekend warriors—live healthier, more active lives. This role leverages clinical expertise and a passion for helping others, allowing the Athletic Trainer to contribute meaningfully to patient treatment and rehabilitation. There is also an exciting growth path: with proven skill and commitment, this position can evolve into an expanded role with patient evaluation and treatment responsibilities within our clinic.

Imaging Aide – Per Diem
The Imaging Aide works in the imaging department of our care centers. The role serves as a valued member of a health care team, assisting the radiology, MRI and/or sonogram technologist with patients during the imaging process. Our providers and patients rely on this service to make the radiology experience both pleasant and efficient.

Advanced Imaging MRI Tech
We are seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to join our team, working 10–20 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays at our Bellevue or Issaquah location. In this role, you will operate MRI and radiography equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images while providing compassionate, professional care to patients. Responsibilities include pre-screening patients, maintaining imaging systems and documentation, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Additional on-call coverage for vacation coverage may be required.

Patient Services Rep.
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) serves as the first point of contact for patients at Proliance Surgeons, providing a welcoming and supportive experience while facilitating access to care. This role includes scheduling MRI and CT appointments, verifying insurance, registering patients, and coordinating communication between patients, technologists, and the clinical team. PSRs manage phone calls, handle patient check-ins, collect payments, and maintain accurate records, all while ensuring privacy and professionalism. The position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced imaging center environment.
