I had a superb outcome with an osteotomy and spur removal with Dr Chi. I had some oddities likely from old injuries and needed a bunionette and a bone spur addressed. I had already done all the non-surgical interventions, and he listened closely to my history and didn't push me toward surgery, but was very responsive and proactive once we made the decision to surgically repair. Both pre-op and post-op support has been great and I can't say enough good things about his surgical support at the Proliance Issaquah Highlands surgery center; they were all very professional and compassionate. I normally take a long time to heal and can scar easily but after 10 weeks, the pain is minimal and incisions are looking great. Dr Chi and his office provided lots of information on how to best prepare and then recover, even advice about disabled parking permits for post-surgery. While a skilled surgeon is the most important thing, he takes time with patients and explains each step of the process. I could not be happier with my results.
